Thought For The Day:

"People take their cues from you as to how they should think about you.  Your attitude about yourself is visible to everyone.  Develop an attitude that you are worth a lot, and others will value you.  Walk briskly and purposefully, eyes loooking straight ahead, like someone who knows where he or she is going.  Define yourself in a big way."

"We all have self-definition.  Give yourself a big definition."

Here are the answers to yesterday's questions!

CCNA Certification And CCENT Certification:

It's a classic question, but you gotta know these by heart. What are the three RFC 1918 private address ranges? Include the masks in your answer.

Answer:

Class A: 10.0.0.0 /8

Class B: 172.16.0.0 /12 (watch that one, it's not /16)

CCNA Security Certification / CCNP ISCW Exam:

How can you configure SDM to preview the commands before delivering them to the router, and also give you a confirmation prompt when you leave SDM?

Answer: I personally check Preferences in SDM every time I use it, and I recommend you do the same. Before proceeding to the Configuration section, go to the upper-left corner of the initial SDM window and select Preferences, as shown here:

Then you can edit these three prefs to your heart's delight! (The following illustration was trimmed to fit Blogger.)
